Eye injuries are a very common occurrence. Over one million people suffer from eye injuries every year in the United States. Most of these accidents can be prevented. Even if you wear glasses or contacts, this is not enough to protect your eyes from potential accidents. Minor injuries can cause abrasion to the cornea which can be very painful. In some cases, injuries can cause vision loss as well. To prevent these injuries, our specialists at Boston Eye Group have compiled a list of safety precautions for our patients.
Safety Precautions
There are many ways that your eyes can become injured, some that you may not even think of. That is why we have made a list for you to take some extra precautions and avoid an injury.
